Hello everyone. We hope you and yours are well.
This month, Melissa and I will both be heading back to Kensington on separate trips. We will be helping with the current Launch class from Calvary Chapel Lynchburg.
I will be there 10/15/25-10/19/25 and Melissa will be there 10/29/25-11/2/25.
As many of you may remember we both went on a trip to Kensington from CCLburg back in June. During that trip we learned a lot about how to do the ministry that God has given us in Southeast Roanoke working the homeless and addicted. We hope to gleam more wisdom on these trips as well.
For those of you who don’t know about Kensington, it is a suburb in Philadelphia PA. It is considered to be the largest open air drug market in America, an epidemic that is killing thousands of people yearly.
We will be working with the team at Calvary Chapel Kensington aka. The Rock
We are asking for prayer for these trips. This is a very dark place to be during a very dark time of year.
