As we step into the spirit of giving this spring, we are reaching out to you with an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of those who need it most. Buchanans in the Wild Inc. is launching our International Missions Spring 2026 campaign, and we are thrilled to invite you to be a pivotal part of this journey. Our goal is to raise $8,000 to support essential outreach programs in Nizhyn, Ukraine; Tbilisi, Georgia; and Manila, Philippines, where the love and compassion of Jesus can bring hope and healing to communities in dire need.
War-torn Nizhyn, Ukraine, remains a place where the scars of conflict are deeply etched into the lives of its people. Melissa and I will be joining a team from Calvary Chapel Lynchburg for 2 weeks here, offering spiritual support and tangible assistance through outreach and service projects. Your generous contribution will directly aid our efforts in helping them find solace and strength in faith amidst the turmoil.
Then Melissa and I leave Ukraine for Tbilisi, Georgia, where we will join our dear friends at Calvary Chapel Sakartvelo for 2 weeks supporting them in various needs at the church and in the community. With your support, we can ensure that they not only survive but also thrive, knowing they are loved and cared for by a global community that sees their worth and potential.
Finally, we will head to Manila, Philippines, to meet another team from Calvary Chapel Lynchburg at Access Center for Youth and Children run by another couple close to our hearts who work with underprivileged children facing daily challenges in accessing education and basic needs. Our outreach will involve distributing school supplies and supporting their team creating a nurturing environment where these children can learn, grow, and dream without limitations.
