Hello everyone. We just wanted to send out a quick message asking for volunteers for our Tuesday outreaches. Over the last couple of months our street team dropped significantly due to surgeries, injuries and job changes.
We actually had to cancel the outreach on 8/11 because we didn’t have enough people on the team. We need a minimum of 4 people to do an outreach, 6-8 is ideal.
Here is a breakdown of the schedule for our Tuesdays.
-Noon. We meet at our storage unit to pray and load up.
-12:40 pm. We arrive at the location and setup
-1 pm. We pray in and start serving
-3 (ish) pm. We tear down and take everything back to the storage unit. Then we debrief and pray. Usually finished around 4 pm
