Who am I that the Lord would use me?

Who am I that the Lord would use me?

Yesterday’s outreach in SE Roanoke was nothing short of amazing. Over the weekend God really impressed upon me to change the way that I was praying for/over the people that we encounter on Tuesdays. Because most of them have been or currently are addicted to hard drugs, Satan can use that to create a stronghold in their lives. So God led me to start praying to break any spiritual assignments that may be against them. The results were definitely noticeable. As I prayed this way over them, they would visibly start to stoop down, almost dropping to their knees. Three of them said to me afterwards that no one had ever prayed for them like that. They said they felt it and thanked me. They seemed “lighter”, like a weight had been removed. One of them ended up coming to faith after I prayed over him and presented him with the gospel. His name was Lee. A friend, Kat had talked with him first but felt led to have me talk to him and he was the first person that I have had the honor of leading to the Lord.

Melissa and another friend, Heather Ann lead a young lady named Ashley to the Lord and another friend, Jeff M. Led a young man named Matthew to the Lord.

God used us to bring 3 people into the Kingdom yesterday. I can not begin to explain the joy and encouragement this gives me.

A few others were very close, not quite yet.

Thank you Jesus for using us in this ministry.

God bless you all
